Just remembered the sales mam and my hybby. They wanted me to try the bnew roto tiller cause they said it was so easy a woman coudl use Oikay l l like an idiot I agreed. My hubby and he sales man showed me how to start' the thing ad how to slow it down or speed it up 'bad bad idea, I am not a driver and had never driven anything.I got the tiller started and started down one row but the thing was going even ffaster Nervous I naturally hit the speed up button OH I w as getting the yard for the veggie garden tilled as i flew up and down tihat bad word yard, Now I fuumbledd for the button to slow the thing and saw the two men were laughing so hard at me that they did not realize I needed some help Angry now I just aimed the bad word roto tiller at the shed . bang over went the shed but that blasted roto tiller just stopped. My husband came over I expected a little' solace. oh no He said "Honey we did n t want to ttill that ss::" Both men were again laughing 'so hard they doubled over By hthebn n I saw the humor and started laughing too as I knew I must have looked so funny flying up and down the garden feet barely touching the ground My apron had fallen off, my scarf was tilled into the ground and my hat was in six pieces, One original post and graphic by P Hatley copyrighted 2017

You could have gotten hurt. That's horrible. I am pretty strong- I still use a pick ax when gardening- but can't manage a tiller. Those machines yank a person all over the place if you are not strong. Plus we have boulders in our gardens.

What a story - one not easily forgotten for sure. It's good that in the end you all found humor there.
