Good morning, friends. Today I woke up thinking that maybe I should return the second duvet in my bed to the bed upstairs. The sun shines brightly, the birds are chirping and although here there is a saying that old people should watch out for August, I feel the Spring is near. Today my granddaughter Carolina will come for lunch. I have some veggies to roast as with the Spanish "escalibada". You put in the oven big pieces of eggplant, onion, zucchini, tomato and sweet pepper with marine salt, pepper and olive oil. I´ll have toasts, but also will roast some chicken thighs. See you later. I have to get going.
