Hello friends.. Good Afternoon... Just had lunch. It's normal curd rice with potatoes fry as side dish. Did anyone ate Fox Millet ? I never ate . Infact I tasted it today for the first time.one of my friends brought it for lunch with vegetable curry. She said it's very healthy food and started it recently . I can say the taste is good. Did anyone try this food? Millets are healthy ,no doubt. What do you say about Fox Millet. Have a great day

Millet, is what we give to birds here. Do you mean foxtail millet? Those seeds are not different than common millet.

@prashu228 Bulgur is a lot better than millet, less calories, less fat but more calcium.

I have never had Fox Millet. I don't think I've ever eaten any Millet. It is something I used to feed to my Parakeet though.

I have seen the photo of the rice but quite new to me. Never seen that variety of rice or I just can't associate with any of the available rice in our place.

It's a kind of Millet , it's not rice. It's cooked like rice ( one variety of dish) So it's called fox Millet rice. We can make other varieties as well
