Another stray cat poisoned

Yesterday night, after I came back home from grocery shopping, I noticed there was a tabby grey cat, sitting at the mailbox pillar looking glum and drowsy. It appeared that the male stray cat had been poisoned. That is what my teenager claimed. She said that the stray cat had droopy eyes, wobbly and drunken type of walking movements, twitching muscles and the he meowed very hallow, hoarse and slow as if he is going to kick the bucket anytime now. I wouldn't want to go near another stray cat anymore. I just cannot take it! Just recently a female stray black cat died without a reason, a black stray kitten died too and the female living black cat went missing after depression, I had enough of cats. I am having cat phobia now! What I wanted to know is who is the evil person that had poisoned these cats???
