Monday mornings, some dislike Monday but I have grown to love Mondays and the start to a new work week. The clock beeped at 6 am and I jumped out of bed, I did no dare hit that snooze button once, I have to go to work.
I almost skipped working outside yesterday and now I am glad I did, one reason is its supposed to rain today and tomorrow and this mornings fasting blood sugar numbers are back down to a safer level for doing those few hours of work., I also cut back on the diet cokes, I only had two yesterday and water with dinner and before bed, I can say I did want one before bed but I fought of that craving.

@andriaperry That happens! But I have to say that after a whole year I started to drink one and it tasted awful. That was over 50 years ago and I haven't had once since. I do make my own soda though, with real fruit.

I quit once for 8 months, then went on vacation and drank one and was back on them.

This is a great place to be accountable for stuff. It feels great to report our successes. I do not mind Monday, but I also feel good when Friday rolls around.

Yes, it was good you could get out and work yesterday.
I hated Monday's, until I was getting my nieces and nephew every weekend, then needed and loved Mondays

I took a four hour nap last night, stayed up all night, took another four hour nap this morning. I feel great.
