tree frog on front window

This image of a tree frog is taken from inside my living room window where my computer is. What does not show is the spider in the background spinning a web up and down. My guests enjoy seeing these visitors, and I figured out why these creatures like that window. At night and early morning there is a light on. All the flying fluttering things come to the light to fly and flutter even more. The spider and the tree frog came for a quick bedtime snack. It gets very lively outside that window.

@Blondie2222 I watched a wasp get into one of my bedrooms that same way.I wonder if there is something we could do to repel them.

@GardenGerty Yeah. Whenever I use my AC unit bugs come in my room and I hate it. I don't even have the light on and they still come in thru the little holes.

Yes, it is. I was at a nature center today and had a long chat about various frogs, especially tree frogs and how they capitalize on our lighting to find food.

It must be an interesting show for you. Since I'm waking up this post, the show is probably over now.

No tree frogs on our windows, just regular frogs in the pool's skimmer basket.

@GardenGerty So do I. I'll go to the park just to watch the ducks in the bay and other wildlife that just happens to come along. I saw a couple pelicans the last time I went. I had never seen them before.
