Back from the gym

I did have a nice walk to the gym this afternoon and even back home. Not too hot, though it a bit humid with a light breeze and plenty of sun. I've watched the solar eclipse on TV and not outside this afternoon. Although low-spirited, I did see Michele today, which made my day a tiny bit better.
We did an average-sized class and worked on the mat today with no props. Thank goodness for that, since I didn't have the energy for them too. Here's what I did from what I can remember:
2 100 Cycles (1 on back, 1 on stomach)
6 Partial Peel-Ups and Full Peel-Ups
6 Single Leg Stretches and Double Leg Stretches
6 Single Straight Leg Stretches
6 Double Leg Circles (3x/side)
12 Roll Like a Balls (4 Closed Leg, 4 Left Leg, 4 Right Leg, 4 Open Leg)
1 V-Sit and 3 Neck Pulls
2 Straight Elbow and Bent Elbow Planks
4 Side Plank Series (2 Straight Elbow, 2 Bent Elbow)
10 Half-Crescent Moon Stretches (5x/side per leg)
2 Swimming Cycles
4 Cat-Cows and 2 Child's Poses
3 Shoulder Bridges
4 Knee Roll-Ups (2x/side)
4 Hand-Leg Poses and 4 Quaduplexes
I think that's all I can remember after we closed it out with the Pilates stances.
