I am not sure about heating some vegetables oil - as far as I have learned, coconut oil is good for heating.. It seems that corn can have good nutrition, and healthy for the body.. There are some warnings in the article though, so better read until the end..
Popcorn is a popular snack that providex amazing benefits. Popcorns help you lose weight, regulate blood sugar, improve digestion, and prevent cancer and premature aging.

Yeah, coconut oil is much better for cooking. I like popcorn, but I admit I prefer butter on it, which is not healthy.

Perhaps even butter might be healthy, when it comes from grass fed cows, and if it's not heated too much..

I prefer to use olive oil than coconut oil, but it is true that in France it is used from decades to fry the French fries, because it can be heated at a high temperature and it is less expensive than olive oil. I do not like the taste of pop corn.

Corn is a starchy carb veggie thus not considered so good.

Just the other day I got 5 ears of corn and enjoyed them fresh. They were as sweet as sugar.

Yes, popcorn itself is healthy. We make it at home quite often, just a small spoonful of oil is enough to make a whole panful and then we generally eat it plain, without adding any butter, salt or toffee sauce or whatever.
