How to calm down?

I feel upset recently, I don't know why. My friends told me to read some books or draw paintings(will, I have no idea to do).I have jasmine tea and add some ice, but I still feel upset. What can I do?

Meditation or Yoga is good for relaxing. There is a lot about it online. Lavender essential oil is also said to calm you down or make you feel relaxed. I choose herbal supplements like maca root, rhodiola, ashwagandha or damiana. Any of these can be bought online or in stores where you find vitamins. In my experience, large chain grocery stores don't carry them but vitamin stores or health food stores do. Whole Foods Market would probably carry them and GNC does too. ebay might be cheaper, I know the rhodiola costs less on ebay. here's a link with 20 ways to calm down naturally:
