All Fogged In

I am glad I was not flying from anywhere this morning. We were all fogged in. I drove slowly as I went to work.
There were slow vehicles in front of me. It looked like one was a sand truck or maybe a grain truck.
I barely drove ten miles, however and the sun burst through the clouds.
This photo is of the street sign right near my property line, and the street light, in the fog.

I bet your rain falls like curtains at times. I would love to hear the river in the back ground.

@GardenGerty It does rain hard here at times. The river flows in front of my home and it is nice to hear it at night when you go to sleep.

@GardenGerty I'm sure it was. We had a weather advisory this morning for thick fog. I didn't read about it until I got home from swimming. No fog here.

My mom and I hate being in thick fog. Always feel like someone is going to come right at us.

Luckily once I get through the roundabout there are not very many side roads before I get to turn off for work.

It was after 7 in the morning. Our town has a river that flows through it, and a creek to one side, and a spring nearby, so that makes for a lot of fog.

If I can just sit and enjoy, I like the fog as well. Not to drive in though.

Driving in fog can be disorienting. I remember having to drive about 15 miles. At one point I had no idea where I was. I crept along and finally made it home safely.
Hope the fog doesn't hang around for long.

It was gone quickly. Another good thing is I am on a trucking route and I can follow them.
