There are so many bullies in real life. When I'm studying there are only a few bullies in my life I can handle them. When I work I find people I work with bullies which is sad. I remember I tried to be nice to them but I saw how they reject my kindness. One officemate have even told me to just go to one corner of the office and stay there because I don't exist.
I don't like to have facebook because will just find my aunts making annoying comments about a post I have. I just don't like to share my life with so many people. I know people like comparing and with Facebook people with just enjoy comparing their lives to other people and make people envious of them. I find some bullies here in mylot but they are only few. I can keep my privacy here in mylot. It's a quiet and safe place to me

I was bullied at school, nothing physical fortunately, but it was still awful. 
And I was ashamed to tell my family, when I told them it was too late.
I became too insecure for "reacting" as they suggested me.
But school is part of the past now, since I left it I became stronger.
Almost nothing can hurt me now, I love and accept myself for the way I am, I accept others too but give and pretend respect at the same time. It's something you build with time.
I don't care about what others say anymore. I'm not saying it's always a good thing though. 
MyLot is surely a better reality, misbehavior is taken seriously, it's mandatory to keep it a safe place.
Then of course, wrong-minded people can appear but their lifespan here is usually very short.

It's in the rules to keep this place a safe place. Only positive contributions are encourage. I don't have a hard time at school because I enjoy learning I just ignore them. I had a hard time when I was working find some arrogant people in the workplace

Mylot is a good community for me. You can say whatever you want and people will say something kindly in response to your statement. There are no bad words and people are friendly. This is a good place to have friends and interact. Good thing I found mylot long time ago.

That's so bad, in the colleagues part. Even i faced some bullies in office, i don't understand why people are so much interested in others life, just to make it worse..

@averygirl72 it is like giving constructive criticisms. that is how i term my criticism to my students- i bully them until they should learn to be serious with their studies. a former student landed as regional topnotch in the nursing licensure exams last year because i was 'bullying' her since 2nd year, and she said on FB, "Ma'am, thanks and i miss your bullying me."

@averygirl72 Yes, in the world I've encountered many bullies, also. That was terrible, until God had top priority in my life. Now, others are more careful who they push around, because God doesn't put up with it!

What horrible people you had to work with. You don't still work there, do you? I really hope not. It sounds like a toxic environment. I've heard people talk about FB like what you're saying. I have an account but don't use it to socialize. I agree about mylot. For me it's an escape from all the hate everywhere and all the depressing news. Coming here is like a breath of fresh air. There's talk about things other than hate and criticism.

Very few here will attack you personally. I'm not lucky to have work with those kind of people. It was a bad experience. But life is not perfect. I should try to be happy and positive no matter what

@averygirl72 No, life is not perfect, but that was, to me, an extreme situation. You have a right to be upset or disappointed in it but I think your philosophy on being happy and positive is a good one. I do applaud your optimism. You always seem to be optimistic in your posts, always looking for the bright side of everything.
