So far the roommate search has been a bit disappointing, with people either too far away or interest expression with no follow up, but I had posted it in a couple of local FB groups, and someone posted that she knew a firefighter with another full time job in my area that is looking for a place to stay. He sounds like exactly the kind of person I want to rent to, stable and not home alot..Roomie was always here..got on my nerves!

Yes, I think it would be. The person who contacted me says she sees him nearly every day and will relay the message..but I shouldn't get my hopes up. It is like selling things, alot of people don't follow through. Lets hope he does though!
