My Younger Son Came to Visit

I sent a message via FB to let him know I'd like to see him once in a while. He actually showed up this afternoon and we had a good visit that lasted about an hour. He's doing good and has a great job prospect that he needs to reapply for in about three months as he said the company just hired someone. They told him to reapply. Which he will do. If he gets the job, he'll be moving back to his home town in Illinois. He's excited about the prospect.
He was also happy to see the weight loss and just said to keep it up. I told him what I'm not eating and gave him the candy in my candy dish that has gone untouched since I started this diet. It seems I can resist Werther's.
I'm now finished with notifications and almost finished with my supper. I now know why crackers, or in my case, oatmeal, is so important to meatloaf. I've been wanting a good meatloaf for a long time. This one is okay, but it's not up to my standard delicious meatloaf, just okay. I need to do something to make it better than what it currently is.
It's been a great day on myLot. I'm seeing over a hundred notifications when I log in in the morning, and with all of your enthusiastic replies to my comments on your posts, it has taken the full day to finally come to an end. Good thing, because I need to go to bed soon. I have a date with the pool in the morning.
I didn't have a chance to get to my book again, hopefully I can tomorrow.

I am so happy he came to visit you. Plus, you had a wonderful time that is even better yet. My day was weed pulling in the garden, home to clean the yard, make food for the dogs tonight, and do some emails and mylot. So far so good no complaints from this small island in the pacific.

It's always so great to see you kids. I miss my youngest he has basically been away since graduating high school. We hope to go to Michigan to see him in a couple of weeks.

Very easy to do. I haven't touched it in well over a month, so it was only taking up space and I wasn't going to eat it.

There is no help for the meatloaf. I will just need to lose all this weight so I can go back to the rest of the food, but something tells me by that time, I won't want to. It was an excellent visit thank you, and I'm really hoping he gets that job. He's been serving burgers at McD's for a long time and wants to get away from it.

Every day is different with me. I think most of them are good in their own way. When you have achieved all the weight loss you desire will you be adding some foods back in?

Yes. I found a Whole30 site that shows how to transition foods back in. Now I just need to find it again when I'm ready for that transition.
