Tell me about your favorite fruit

I love eating avocado. I can eat them with anything and I never get tired of them. People claim that avocados make you fat but they don't.
If you want a flat tummy, eat avocados. They help in breaking other fats in your abdomen and replaces the area with natural fats found in avocados.
Avocado oil is good for the heart, helps in lowering cholesterol, protects you from cancer, is good for the eyes and also helps your body to absorb nutrients from other plants.
Do you like avocados too and if not, tell me something about the fruit you like.

I eat fruit every day and appreciate the variety in shapes, color and taste that God created. I look forward to one day living the paradise promised and we can grow our own fruit and eat if fresh from the trees.
If I had to pick one as a favorite, it is very hard, but I'll pick figs. They are simply delicious!

I have never tasted figs.
I also look forwad to living in paradise and enjoy the fruits there. :)

@mildredtabitha When I was a child and lived in Italy, we had fig trees amongst other fruit trees and I remember climbing the trees and feasting on fresh ripe figs. That was a treat! We also had a cherry tree in the woods and they were also mazing!

I like bananas too. Both avocados and bananas have potassium but avocado has the highest :)

Have just had a lovely tasty avocado, I love them plain on bread or guacamole. I do have a soft spot for bananas though
