Validation using Google or Bing ? What do I mean?

If I read something that I don't know much about I will Google or Bing it.
The two most popular search engines will list just about anything that is posted online and if such a thing is in question it can be VALIDATED by simply typing in a few exact words of that thing you are looking for to find out if it is real or fake and the search results will give you top listings and if you can't find it on the first few pages of the search engines results page, you may be taking a long time to look down that list of thousands of results. I ain't got that kind of patience, do you?

Well I do have some patience if it is something important to me, if it is just a random something, I just take the top few results.

I never have to go beyond the first 5 or 10 results in most searches I do. I am just lucky I guess.

As i have experienced the most closest to the desired search is found in page 1 itself.The next and following pages take us farther from what we actually want to discover,though some time if we are searching quite unique -no one had ever searched before-we have chances to find them in later pages.

That is using common sense. I also refer to medical subjects through the Mayo Clinic.
