I started taking vitamins 5 years ago. I have to say they have helped me in many areas. Vitamin C is always good. B has been great for me as far as energy. I take Move Free for joint health. It helps with my arthritis. Calcium is another bone saver. Garlic is great for fighting bacteria. D 3 also is for bone health. I take potassium for fluid balance. Biotin for hair thinning and loss. This combination has done wonders for me. I am a believer now and will continue with this regime!

I like to get my vitamins and minerals from food. I watch my diet. However, I do take B12, iodine and D3 in winter.

I used to take Vitamin E but stopped after I lost my job. So, I focus on eating fresh food instead

I don't take vitamin supplements. I eat a lot of veggies, fruits, and fish instead.

I take a prenatal vitamin. Not because I'm pregnant or intend to get pregnant, I've just heard its a great vitamin for women. I try to avoid a few other vitamins though because i get a paradoxical reaction, which means some meds can cause the opposite effect. Like if I take too much vitamin C or drink a lot of orange juice, i can end up with a cold or cold like symptoms. It sucks when it comes to trying to find the rights meds for me.
