I just cannot imagine if I had 3 or 4 kids of my own, I think I would become crazy! My two kids age gap are not close either, 10 years apart and yet they still squabble, quarrel over petty things. It is difficult to satisfy both of them desires because if I give something to the older child, the younger child will fight over it. If I give in to both, I will become broke. If I break it into halves, neither is satisfy, each of them wants the whole thing. The older one gives in to her sibling but the young chap doesn't appreciate it. He wanted everything. Two kids are giving me headache and trouble. I just cannot imagine having 3 kids whereby everyday would be arguments and screaming at each other.. How many kids do you have? my photo

I have three kids. They were closer in age, and not too bad to handle. I hope yours get along soon. Mine are all adults now with kids of their own.

I think that's normal, because the younger one feels safe close to the elder one, and that causes overreaction sometimes. At least the elder kid accepts it without complaining. That's something.

I think so too, the older one always wanted to protect the younger ones because she felt the responsibilities, but sometimes both acted like kids

Close age gap is not a big problem, they can rotate well

None, we have no kids. I only have one brother and there are only 18 months difference in age between us. We went along very well when we were kids.

I don't have any kids yet, it seems your kids don't love each other or the elder one is disrespectful.
