Happy Monday/Fun Weekend

Good morning everyone here on myLot. I hope that you had a good weekend and that your week has started out good.
I was MIA most of the weekend but I had myself some fun. I helped a my friend, Jessica with her yard sale on Friday then we went out and had some fried pickles. I had never ate them before cause I am not really crazy about them. I did like the fried pickles though. My friend ended up staying here Friday night and we had a lot of fun catching up on things and listening to music.
Saturday morning my neighbor, David stopped and asked if I would like to go to breakfast. He even invited Jessica which I thought was very nice. We went to the 357 which is only a block away and we had a great time visiting while eating a wonderful breakfast. The rest of Saturday was spent with my friend and neighbor. We went for a short ride and stopped by the river just to enjoy the beauty around us.
Sunday came and Jessica and I spent the day doing crafts and things. We got a lot done and it was another wonderful day. I was ready to some time to myself last night and did some writing, working on crafts some more and straightening up my apartment.

How great to have such nice neighbors. I love to eat a big breakfast on the weekends.

Sounds like you had a wonderful food and fun weekend! I've never had fried pickles. We had a mellow weekend . . . the kids got to go to a birthday party on Saturday. And yesterday we went to my mother in law's so Hubby can work on her house a bit - then we went out for dinner.

That was a long time ago, I hope you are healthy and happy and just took a vacation. I paint all the time with my art and really enjoy it. Glad to see you back on mylot this morning.

I'm back again. I am still dealing with problems from the accident. Other than that I am doing good. I am keeping pretty busy watching my granddaughter and keeping enough plants ready to sell each week. I have sold quite a few lately. Now I have vegetable plants and outside flower plants sprouting.

You did have a fun weekend. I'm very happy for you. My weekend was hot! I spent a few hours at the bay, got burned, tanned, and enjoyed just being outside. Sunday I watched the football game, a nail biter but we won. YEA! My new suit came in the mail on Saturday. I was afraid it was too small when I took it out of the package, but hurrah it fits! It's a bit tight, but at least I was able to get it on and I was in the pool yesterday morning and today. I also worked on my new book and made some good headway with it.

Wow sounds like you had a nice weekend.And i already like your neighbor David !So thoughtful of him to take the girls out for breakfast.
What did you write about on Sunday?Mine was fun to.The highlight was attending my best friend's traditional wedding and being tired on Sunday

My weekend was good,I went for a movie ,had lunch from outside, went to beach and park,sat there, then had my dinner,and enjoyed an ice cream and then went home...
