What? Gone again? Why again?

I noticed that a user who connected and followed me does not have new discussions again. I searched for his username in that side at the right upper corner of the page, the one with the magnifying lens icon. Alas! The username is gone. I then checked for ‘my followers’ and saw his name still there. I clicked on his username and his latest discussion was 4 days ago.
I would not want to think that the account is gone again; maybe another violation? And I thought being accepted several times after committing violations should make a user be more disciplined now.
I guess I am wrong again?

well, some people never really learn. Or is it their way of activity here in mylot. Can't they just make their own discussion or no violation to make.

no, i searched the username in that icon with the lens, found in the right upper portion, with the 'discuss' and the 'dollar' signs.

like a prodigal user who always comes back because he is always forgiven? i believe in what @JolietJake commented. i believe 5 times is more than enough a chance. maybe this user won't be back anymore.
