Oh Ow I Fell Out of Bed

as my mattress shifted I was asleep, roiied' over'
[and crash woke galling on he floor.,
For a long time I was daxed and ciykd bnit'
get to my feet. My roommate called for help
ad the just called an ambulance. They would'
not 'elp me get to my feet.well IL hjad to f inaly
go to the batrroom so bad I manged to get o
my scruffed knees ,use the walker to help me
get bac on y feet.
The only damage thats bothering meis my left bg to
as it really hurts.I imagine its just badly bruised'i or
broken.but there is not anything they do for a broen toe'
so I jst have to ive withe that pain for awhile.
I wold not let them send me to the er as ilt wold cost 'me'
another 125 dollars copay on ambulance.fees.
I justhope my toe heals pretty qickly as pain is
really no fun,Thats my onoy pain. I am lucky
at that as I could have broken a ;bone or two.
I tri ed to take a nap but could not relax. So good'
I can try to move my slow as molassess bank.Three'
days is all we have left lol.

So sorry to hear that. Does your bed have side rails? Maybe you should have some so that it won't happen again. Hope your toe feels better soon.

staff froced me to go to er turs out mo broen bones
'but they claimed that an ekg tjey did sjpwed I had
iregular heart beat ended upthursday in regional
hospital.yesterdah they dis ecjocardiogra,,m tpedu t mpopm sent me home hjere so betr the echocardioc]gfram
did not show any heart trogle at all.

Oh you poor dear. Its the rules to not move a person until the real medics get there- you could have done some horrible damage to your back or neck etc. I'm hoping that you do not have more trouble than that toe and that's plenty right there. Hugs.

I had an irregular heartbeatso thjey took me to Disneyworld Rgginal hospital yesterday they did echo cadio gram today tjhey sent me home get thje eco thimg dis not showed any j\jeart troble.

LI had an irregular heartbeat so was taken to Disneyland Rgional hospital there thjey did an

Patsie we are all concerned. I understand about not wanting an ambulance ride, but I do hope they tape that toe and give you some pain meds.

Sorry to hear about your accident. I have fallen out of bed before and I know it is a jarring situation. Perhaps guard rails on your bed or another soft mattress beside your bed. Hope your pain goes away and you feel much better soon. Virtual hugs. Maybe this can help
