I enjoy the fall weather. I seem to feel more awake and even a bit cheerful. I like the colors of the seasons. Experts say that the Fall weather has it's benefits.
* Scents that are more prevolent this time of year can be good for your brain. Peppermint is one that can boost energy and actually help you concentrate.
* Enjoying the fall colors can improve your mood.
* Having the window open a little at night can help you sleep better.
* The cooler, brisk weather can actually feel good in your lungs and can improve your memory.

@celticeagle Me tooo :) The sound they make when we step on them, it's just so nice. Although it's childish, I like to step on them and listen to the sound they make.

I am aware that the colors of the northern hemisphere are more beautiful than the colors of the leaves where I live. I prefer spring here for that same reason.

I was out walking today and our colors here in Latvia are coming in very slowly. Trees are turning but still mostly green.
