I am normally not a Fall kind of person like transitioning candles to Fall scents, decor, but when it comes to trying sweets.. oh I am for it!
A few days ago, I picked up this box of Trader Joe's Petite Pumpkin Spice Cookies - essentially shortbread cookies with pumpkin spice and yogurt coating. I hardly taste pumpkin (?) but nonetheless, it was a delicious treat. I used to love yogurt covered pretzels from Sprouts but it hasn't been as good, so these were a great substitution for my craving!
What is your favorite Fall Season Cookies/Pastry/Bakery Treat?

I don't taste the pumpkin at all. In fact, I don't know how pumpkin tastes like I do have a mini Christmas tree, as well as a 6-7 ft Christmas tree but I doubt my fiancé will put it up this year. We did once and that was it, lol.

I've been looking at these at TJ's but haven't tried them yet. Lots of pumpkin stuff there now! I don't know what it is about the Sprouts yogurt covered pretzels lately . . . doesn't it seem like the yogurt part is quite thin now (not even appealing - looks kinda grayish!). I don't know if I have a favorite fall treat . . . but we will be starting to make our own pumpkin goodies at home!!

@infatuatedbby They don't look nice - they look poorly made. Seems like they try to cover it up with colored sprinkles for the holidays - I don't want the ones with the sprinkles.
Ok, I'll have to grab a box of these next time then .

@much2say They have samples of these cookies before so thats how I know to buy them, or else I probably wouldn't because it says pumpkin. Haha.
Yes, the ones at Sprouts do not look good at all.

The Sprouts yogurt covered pretzels has been looking ODD for awhile now. I stopped buying them. I used to love them until they started looking sorta funky.
I am not a fan of pumpkin treats, but this one was not bad. I even bought another box....... already

I think these cookies contain more flour and cinnamon than the pumpkin

I've been using pumpkin spice creamer in my coffee. Sugar free, even.

Interesting cookies. I like cinnamon but can really do without much of the pumpkin spices.

Those cookies sound delicious. I like some pumpkin spice foods, but some have a funky artificial taste.

I am a huge fan of anything pumpkin. Not pumpkin spice, mind you, but actual pumpkin. Like pumpkin pie or pumpkin bread. It is so delicious!
