Years ago, I loaned a book from the library called "The Ultimate Tea Diet" by Mark "Dr. Tea" Ukra. I absolutely loved it. All that is asked of you is to drink hot or iced, non-herbal, black, green or white tea all day with sensible meals and some activity. Recipes are included on how to even cook with tea. I wanted the book so bad, but at the time, on-line, the book was going for around $40.00. I was too stubborn and too darn frugal! Well, one day, I went to a Salvation Store and was standing in the cashier's line. Something said to go back to the book section and get out of the line. As crazy as this may seem, I marched straight to the book section and there it was... "The Ultimate Tea Diet", by Mark "Dr. Tea" Ukra!!!!! Guess how much I paid for it? Less than $2.00 in brand-new condition! I think Santa AND God were in cahoots that year! Would you like my little iced tea recipe? At Dollar Tree, they sell boxes of 100 tea bag for $1.00. At the local grocery store they sell sugar-free lemonade mix packets, 10 packets for $1.00. I fill up a pitcher or sun tea jar with water, place 10 to 12 tea bags in and stir a sugar-free lemonade mix packet in. Place in fridge for a few hours to brew. When finished brewing, fill up a water bottle over and over with your own homemade "diet lemon iced tea"!!!!! (Water bottles at Dollar Tree for a buck are super!) Have a super week!

No thank you. How did it work out for you? I have heard of so many diets out there. I have not heard of that one.

How lucky you found just the book you were looking for so cheap. I love when that happens.

That's an interesting concept for a diet. I drink black tea in the morning (with or without milk) but can't do the caffeine in the afternoon. I have tried doing baking with tea as liquid but was not so impressed.
