Why Am I Hearing Gun Shots?

On October 14th. bow and arrow deer season opened up and I do not expect to hear gun shots in the distance this morning. But I was awake, laying in bed, still with my eyes closed not wanting to get up yet, or even turn over, and I just lay there and listen. I heard several gun shots, shotguns not a pistol. I am noticing a pattern of "the sound of gunshots" on this day of the year. Now I already know that squirrel and rabbit season is open, but it opened a month ago and I did not hear gunshots. So this makes me think that these people are illegally hunting deer, all the while making others think they are hunting for small game. I put a stop to anyone but Tony hunting this property because this teen shot at my house, I could hear the pellets hitting the stuff on the front porch while I was sitting in the living room watching t.v. This year I will tighten down even more because someone moved MY no trespassing sign out back. I think instead of just the game warden, I will have to get the police involved. Its a felony to shoot toward a house. I wonder how these people would like you walking around their yard with a shotgun shooting and missing an animal? Anyways, Good Morning!
