Another Saturday evening

My grand daughter and I had a great day of shopping. She bought a few things that she wanted and I bought myself a pair of jeans and a pair of boots. I never treat myself so it felt good to buy something for me. I can't remember the last time I did that. It was a good day.
I dropped her off at her other Nanny's a little while ago. She is spending tonight with her. Now I am sitting back relaxing and waiting for the hockey game to come on. It is nice to have hockey season back on. It should be a good game. My fiance's favorite team and mine are playing against each other. Should make for an interesting evening...

Well it is rainy and cool therefore as soon as possible I'll be getting into bed to watch the news and a movie later.

@Happy2BeMe All our stores are closed on Sunday, no way to shop during Sundays or Holidays.

@Happy2BeMe I found some today that are not exactly boots. They come up to the ankle and have low wedges. I walked around the store in them and they seemed to fit. I'll have to wait until cold weather to wear them but they'll look good with all my pants and maybe long skirts.
