Week 1

Last night I decided that it might help me to lose weight more consistently, and to stop giving up so easily, if I have someone to answer to, so here's week one of me sharing my weight with you. Friday 20th October: 13 stone 7 My aim is to lose 2lbs by next Friday. Wish me luck! Last night's post:

how do you plan to do it? with me, eating more wheat bread and less rice works (i'm asian).

I'm not Asian but I take a similar approach I'm mostly vegan anyway, always vegetarian but I eat eggs and I very occasionally use dairy products, but that's rare. So really all I need to do is cut out simple carbohydrates like rice and pasta and potatoes

@sabtraversa Yeah it's the easiest way to do it, I think, and the healthiest as well because simple carbohydrates aren't good for adults. Children need them while they're growing, but in adults they're a real danger to our health

@hereandthere Here some suggest to eat plenty of rice and avoid bread, it varies depending on the country you're in. But those are both carbohydrates anyway.

@Orson_Kart The chocolate cake went a bit wrong... it's edible, but it's not delicious, and definitely not worthy of giving away, so I'm guna have to throw it away

I had to quickly get that cake out of the way last night before my diet started today I'm still guna make a chocolate cake today but I'll give most of it away to family and just save a couple of small slices for myself

goodluck! I've been trying to lose weight too.. but I'ts really hars.. too much hard work to achieve that goal
