Are you tired of the regular scrambled eggs? I learned from my mother in law that steam eggs are easy to prepare and nutritious too.
Problem is, you have to use 3 eggs instead of 1 egg. Just crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add in a pinch of salt and pepper, beat the eggs together then sprinkle chopped spring onions on top. Steam the eggs in a rice cooker or a wok with water under high heat for 15 min. Fry some shallots, crispy shallots taste great with steam eggs.

@peachpurple Soft, but not fluffy and airy as an omelette. I have tried once and I did not like a lot.

Sounds interesting , never tried this one. But won't it be raw or smell raw as it's cooked in steam

No,I have never tried this dish. I am not much of a cook. This sounds too much trouble. I prefer scrambled or boiled eggs.
