Derby Pie Anyone?

So, as part of my shopping today, I got a Derby pie kind of like a brownie pie with the addition of bourbon and walnuts. It is really pretty good. I didn't realize I had gotten paid today or I would have bought some ice cream to go with it..oh well there is always tomorrow! I also saw some great leather jackets at a thrift shop, for only 5 bucks. It never occurred to me to check my balance because I wasn't expecting to be paid until Monday..tsk, tsk, store is closed on Monday and tuesday not sure when I will make it back there..maybe Weds?

My nephews wife use to make cookies, with bourbon and walnuts. The Derby pie sounds pretty good!

@kobesbuddy I have made bourbon balls before they do too..they are like rum balls, except as the name would suggest, made with bourbon..
