I like that but usually in something like a quiche or on a pizza with spinach.spinach salad is OK too.

Another spinach lover in the mix. Is cabbage considered a green veggie? I guess it is, it is green. I like cabbage better than broccoli maybe..I should make some more homemade coleslaw it was good.

I love a lot of green vegetables like broccoli, lettuce, cucumber, ampalaya but must be mixed with egg and tomatoes

I love spinach very much. It is very tasty and healthy. We have spinach with lentils and with paneer also.
