I think very few of us have the legs to wear short skirts, normally I choose something nearly floor length, it feels more elegant

i prefer short dress. much more comfortable for me. unless i have to commute, then i will wear knee-length or sometimes long dresses.

Hi! Well, I think a lot depends on the garment and your age, etc. For my age, I would prefer just below the knee because that would be the most appropriate length for skirts and dresses for me. :-)

It depends for what Occassion but I do not like long onces so it is short or Kneelength

It depends.I am not a tall woman so I usually go for short or knee-lengh.Long...I haven't really thought about wearing it unless my wedding dress :P

Short dresses are nice if you're young and thin. Otherwise, it's knee-length.
