McDonald's Complaint

I know... McDonald's isn't the healthiest place to eat but my husband needs his weekly fix. Not too long ago a new McDonald's opened up at our end of town so we don't have to go all the way to the other side of town anymore. At first hubby didn't like this location and continued to go to the original location. But now he is going to this one regularly and we are not getting the best of service. When he brought home tonight's dinner, again my meal was wrong. I looked at the bill, just like I did last week. I always order GRILLED chicken and bacon mcwrap. Last week and this week I got crispy even though it says right on the bill grilled. What is also on the bill is the owner's email address. Yes, that location's franchise owner has his email address on the receipt. How convenient! Here's the email I just sent him: ~~~~ We go to McDonald's every Saturday after church. We are fortunate that we now have a McDonald's at our end of town.... or are we? Can I get a grilled Bacon McWrap? It says it on the bill. In one case the "grilled" tag is pulled on the container. But is it grilled? No. You realize that eating grilled chicken is healthier than crispy chicken. That's why I order it. But every week I come home with a crispy chicken mcwrap. And why can't we ever get apple pies at this location? You all have some work to do at this location. We may find ourselves having to drive to the other end of town again for our weekly McDonald's fix. Sincerely, ~~~~~ It'll be interesting to see what kind of a response I get. They better not offer me no small ice cream/fries coupons. I think they owe me a couple of meals.
