It was time to have some lunch as I was hungry. I saw that I had five ripe pears all the way from the USA. I washed then and it took a minute. I ate them and it took about 15 minutes. I washed the knife and plate and it took less than a minute. Now that was fast food! So good and so healthy! What is your favorite fast food? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Analyses of meal: 500 calories 27 grams of of fiber. Yes, pears are a good source of fiber. "Pears contain a fair amount of vitamins C, K, B2, B3, and B6. For expecting or nursing moms, they also contain folate. Pears aren't too shabby in the mineral department either, containing calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper, and manganese. Vitamin C and copper are antioxidant nutrients, so eating pears is good for your immune system and may help prevent cancer."
While apples get a lot of attention for their health benefits, pears should not be overlooked. The soft, sweet, buttery flesh of the pear makes this Fall fruit

Lately I have been making frozen pizzas. I put on extra topping so that takes about 10 minutes, then 15 to heat up and finally I just eat it up quickly. I think that is fast enough.

That's pretty fast. How many calories is that and what toppings are on it?

@1hopefulman couldn't tell you the calories but the frozen kind always lack something. I put on fresh tomato slices, some thin slices of salami and grate on some more cheese. However the pizza is only 300 grams large so I get about 6 small slices from it and it is enough for me for one meal. I have also put on just tomatoes or just some veggies and once topped the hot pizza with a salad.

@1hopefulman Most canned fruits have around 70 calories, but no toppings. I usually just eat the fruit straight out of the can and drink the juice :)

500 calories for 5 pears??! They were very big pears for sure. An average pear of about 120/130 grams has less than 70 calories. My favorite home made fast food, 1 sliced apple and cottage cheese.

It looks like each fruit is a multi vitamin and mineral. I was surprised in looking at all the nutrients that are in a pear.

I never heard of a Summer Kiss melon. Of course, there are so many fruits that I have not tasted yet.

Depends on what I'm in the mood for, normally grapes, a banana if I want fast and healthy. In the summer it is cherry tomatoes and such. Missing our summer already.

I like fruits, like pears and apples as a fast food to eat. If I am out and go to a fast food restaurant, I like breakfast biscuits from places like Hardee's or McDonalds.

That would be very fast. I never eat one banana as it is not enough for me. I will eat minimum 5. I always like to eat avocado in a salad.

@1hopefulman i cannot eat more than 2 pieces of banana because i might have loose motions. besides, a banana has many potassium content so i think i can be satiated with a piece of banana or 2.

A fruitarian . For me eating this way is dangerous because of the natural sugar content in fruits, however, I am known to eat bananas and nothing else. While I prefer vegetarian, I will have meat from time to time, So I had a can of Oh Yes soup, its vegan. 160 calories, one minute to nuke and one bowl to wash.

No, I'm not a fruitarian but most of the time, for lunch, I will have a meal of fruits. It is easy on the digestive system. Yes, the soup was a fast food. Was the soup homemade?

As a fast food, I typically like canned fruits, because they're soft on my teeth, and I like to drink the juice :P all ya gotta do is open the can, and grab a fork/spoon!

You don't even have to wash or use a plate. How many calories does a can have?
