My diet starts today

I didn't think much when packing my lunchfor work. But did tell myself my diet starts today. Iam trying to eat healthier. So i packed yogurt with granola, nuts mix (yes it has chocolate), salad made with pea sprouts, rice with chicken and cauliflower in a terryaki mix, a apple and potatoes and carrots with seasoning. I am trying to use what i have right now at home before shopping then organize more for the winter.

That is my issue. Since i work so much or i don't pack enough. Iam getti g into routine of drinkong kore water as well.

I ate.2 of the smaller bags of chips yesterdsy and a large chocolate bar. Went out with a bang.

Goodluck to your diet plan. Mine? is failure.. haha I don't know yet when to start again. Its hard actually because food is love.
