Broken inside....

I write this because I have no outlets anymore, if I post on my Facebook there is to many people who are to nosey and will judge me for being to emotional or use my words against me. I have lost my faith because nothing is getting better only worse, I have 8 people I love unconditionally my mother, my brother, my Grandma, and my 3 nieces and 2 nephews. Some of the people whom should be on that list have hurt me beyond repair and that unconditionally love is no longer there. Without getting into specifics because of one person's actions my family is no longer whole, we are broken and holding on just barely... I've never been sadder in my life then I am now.... I love all my MyLot family and I am sorry my first post back has to be one of my most painful....

@chrissbergstrom I am not that long returned from visiting my daughter. I had such a lovely time and yet there were currents that I had to deal with or sidestep. Love and caring for one's self is probably the hardest thing a person will do in their lifetime.

Thank you so much Lenore and I do plan to visit you again I know it is such a peaceful place, and. Now more then ever I truly understand the need to cut certain negative people out completely blood or not there are things unforgivable

You don't have to apologize! Feeling internal pain isn't something to be ashamed of! It is the weakling, who covers up their true feelings and pretends to be macho and strong. The genuinely strong person, is the one who doesn't mask their true feelings. They trust others enough to spill out exactly how they feel! You are not weak, you are very strong, Chris

@chrissbergstrom You have every right to be sharing your pain, with others. You are being honest, something that many people can't find. Being genuine is a humbling experience, to admit that you're feeling depressed and down-hearted. That's a good quality!

To tell you the truth I have done that with at least four people also who did me a lot of harm and still tried to go on doing it.
I cut the final string too but I still leave the door open for them just a little teeny weeny bit for the just in case.

So sorry to hear how much pain your're in. to think that one person can cause so much anguish is even sadder but, you shouldn't allow whoever it is to change who you are or what keeps you going.
You do have family and friends that care about you and there are many people right here on Mylot who are here for you, so try to keep some positivity in your life and you'll come out of this just fine

Hi Chris. You don't have to be sorry that your first post back is sharing your pain. I'm sure your mylot family loves you back and would have wanted you to share this here than anywhere else.
We are here to listen to each other, to comfort each other and not to judge one another. I hope by being here, you feel a little bit better.

I fele for you. I can only imagine how you feel right now. I can tell you from my own experiences that it is not easy. The difference for me is that my marriage broke up and my kids wound up with their mother. They see me twice a month. But the break up at the time was divesting to me and my children. And I felt their pain. Still do. I never experienced a broken family, so I can only imagine how my kids felt and how you feel. My heart goes out to you. But don't ever feel ashamed of how you feel. Your feelings are legit.

@chrissbergstrom You're welcome. I know a loss is hard. My girlfriend is going through that right now. She lost her mother a few months ago. It still hurts. But time does help us be able to move on. All in our own time.

Look on the positive side. At least you have 8 people to love. Many of us do not even have that many. Not even close. You have to develop a thick skin and say the heck with those who hurt and disappoint you. It isn't easy but only those who accept you as you are can be worthy of your attention. As for Facebook, that is a poisonous place. Concentrate on yourself and strive to achieve what you desire.

@chrissbergstrom Yes, what I am talking about in a nutshell. I hate PC but people against PC are also stopping rationale people. Wish people could think for themselves.Be influenced, be encouraged, be inspired, but do not ever sell your soul for some one else's vision because society says.
