So, I did alot of shopping on Monday and bought some things I normally wouldn't neccesarily buy to qualify for my Ibotta rebate..much to my dismay, they only credited me 2.10 when I should have had 7 something..so naturally, I complained..I had to contact two different people plus fill out something online, but in the end I prevailed. Cha Ching! got my second 20.00 rebate so I am back to Ibotta love. I knew I was right..and I had the receipt to prove it. Have you ever had to be the squeaky wheel?

It seems to be the only way to get things done. Good for you.

Amazon is usually pretty good about things but one time I tried to split a purchase 3 ways and that ended up being a nightmare.

My friend never complains but once he got a chicken caesar salad and said he was forced to complain because the chicken was microscopic!

I'm never afraid to complain about things when I have been treated poorly or when I haven't gotten something that I'm supposed to. When we got terrible service at Border Grill in Las Vegas, I tweeted the Twitter account before we even left the restaurant. I immediately received a reply asking me to email them with what happened. I did and we were given a reservation for their amazing brunch with bottomless mimosas on the house as an apology. The executive chef personally came out to introduce himself and to apologize to us.

That is really good. One time I ordered a club sandwich at Mimi's Cafe..which was good but Iasked for the bread toasted which usually is the case with a clu b anyway. I didn't even complain about it. I just mentioned it...and the manager cam out and offered a 30 dollar gift certificate.
