I'd Be Ashamed To Serve This To Anyone

When I started dialysis I had to pick a location and set up a schedule. No matter how I planned it, I needed to pack food or snacks. The center that I eventually decided to use had a small 'diner' a few storefronts down. Apparently the mid-sized dialysis centers are popping up in strip malls everywhere. I am glad that I didn't opt to get my lunch to go because I would be livid when I opened the container. This is supposed to be baked fish and fries but as you can see it's a cheap square 'fish' patty with some dried out, rock hard, almost burned fries. Not only was I shocked that the waitress had no reaction when I commented about the garbage on the plate but also that the person that cooked it actually let it leave the kitchen like that. I showed the picture of the food to the people at the clinic and they were shocked because they ordered food there several times a week. I hope that the owner gets the message I left for him and he gets to the bottom of the super nasty lunch special I was served. Image: me
