This just... isn't my day.

Yeah, we will go with that. I have had a blah kind of day as is, but I guess it's just gotten a bit more complicated. I checked my bank account and my insurance (health) has not gone out yet. Of course it is supposed to auto go out by the third but it hasn't. I can not log into my account, and I am 99.9999 percent sure I am correct on the username and password. I mean, honestly, I just want to know if it somehow auto cancelled and I get to keep my money. I would prefer that... I guess I will call on Monday and see what I can get figured out. The health insurance marketplace lady that I talked to made it seem as if it would cancel at the end of the year, but she didn't seem to be the most competent person in the world and I honestly prefer to get off the phone with people as soon as possible. I can write emails or chat back and forth for miles but talking on the phone is not my forte. Ugh..

I hate dealing with some people, over the phone. Many of them don't comprehend what is being said, they don't know how to do their job!:(

I think you can also send them an email regarding your concerns and if not received any reply by monday then you can call
