Imagine this one a brother and sister unknowingly dating

I have sonething that I found really funny while others might not. A young teenage girl found out that her ex-boyfriend is actually her half brother. Thankfully they are young because if they had been later in their teenage years things could have been worse. Why I found it funny was just how redneck it all sounds and it happened in my little hillbilly town.

Oh god. Hope they didn't sleep together.. though.. they probably did. Thats the probably with people just getting together these days. They dont really know who they're with. Only what theyve been told.

@Courtlynn Both these kids have many half brothers and sisters its crazy. The father has at least 7 kids by 3 different women and possibly more. Then those mothers each have a few other kids by other men.

No thankfully were not active in that way! They are pretty young and hadn’t reached that point yet. It would be even worse if they had it would not be funny anymore..

@shaggin i dont think its funny at all.. they're kids, they dont know who their parents slept with or probably never even thought their parents would have other partners and kids before to even think of it before meeting someone.

It can be a very bad thing people need to know who they are related to!

Good they found out. People need to know who their biological parents are!

I agree! I think both kids should have known from the beginning instead of not learning this information until their teens.

Glad they found out at a younger age, or that'll be a disaster if they were older and who knows what that could lead to!

Reminds me of that couple in germany who never knew they were siblings until some one revealed. They have terrible custody battle with their kids. Yeah, those people got lucky.

@Letranknight2015 that must have been awful for that family. Since they were already together no sense breaking up the family over it they already had kids you know.

While it was uncommon when I was young, I think that this will be more and more common. Young generations will have to check twice before starting dating.

It’s scary I think they should be honest from the beginning about who the siblings are so it doesn’t happen.

Many times a wife might not know that her husband has fathered other children outside of the marriage. So yes - I suspect that happens quite a lot.
