Make myself very busy doing chores to be able to sleep well at night.

In the afternoon just before sunset, make myself tired by doing physical exercise for at least 30 minutes. Take my words for it, you will sleep soundly at night.

I like to go to bed roughly at the same time every night..but I don't freak out if I don't get to bed then.

yes I don't want to become a zombie before bedtime, so I prefer school days when my bedtime is fixed

well, my sleeping patterns has been messed up since I have depression and schizophrenia, sometimes I stay awake till 12am, and wake up at 3.30am.

I feel zombie at times. I watch the clock and I'm still awake until 3 am. But now I am lucky I always find myself falling asleep and losing my consciousness. I expect attacks of insomnia and it's okay I will just rest in bed and close my eyes even if I don't fall asleep
