Hello friends.. It's a quiet relaxing Sunday. I attended evening service, came home had dinner and started mylotting. Okay we had this discussion on Friday during lunch. One of my friends said she adds Ginger Garlic paste or cut into small pieces to all dishes or Curries everyday. She meant in which ever dish it can be added. She adds it. I know Ginger Garlic is good , it enhances the taste . I don't add it to all the Curries i prepare. It depends on my mood. Friends do you add Ginger Garlic to all your dishes where you can add..is it good?

I enjoy garlic and I add it to several dishes. Ginger, on the other hand, is for certain dishes only and I don't experiment with it.

@rebelann Do you use fresh ginger? How does it mesh with the lemon? Not too bitter?

I buy organic ginger juice and add a small amount to the mix every morning @Shellyann36 I don't really notice the ginger taste but that's just me. It's helped me with digestion and I'm noticing I'm getting into older clothes again. Maybe soon I can give my size 1x away. It's something to look forward to but it does take time, slow is usually better than fast.

I've been drinking a concoction of hot water with honey, lemon and ginger every morning, it's helping me lose a few ounces now and then.

They are main cooking ingredients here. When I am cooking, sometimes I will add the garlic to fry the vegetables. I hardly add the ginger. My husband likes to add garlic and ginger when he is cooking.

I often add garlic in many dishes, but ginger, not really. I know in some dishes they can add a nice flavor and smell though.

I add to all dishes where I can add like, I add when I cook vegetables, fish, and meat. You don't have gastric problems when we add it.It gives a good flavor also.
