Do you like to bowl?

I haven't bowled for a long time..because there is not an alley close to here, and it is pretty expensive as well. If I had the extra money to spend it would likely not be on bowling. I think it's something to do, but it isn't really something exciting. I was in a league when I was in HS, but I haven't been in a league since that time. Is bowling something you do or have done?

Yeah, I can't remember the last time. I know a went a couple of times with my ex and he practially dropped the bowl on the alley..

I've always loved bowling, and my mom has been on a few leagues since i was a toddler. She stopped 2 years ago because she hurt her wrist at work, but we still bowl here and there together, and with the kids. Its a good stress reliever to me.

@snowy22315 sure is. Especially on rainy days. And it's not too exspensive here, plus certain days of the week have good deals.
Like yesterday we went because Sundays from 9am to noon (& 7pm to closing / midnight) it's only $23 for up to 6 people to bowl unlimited games. So you can stay from 9 to noon if you want or do 1030 to noon like we did, for the one price. Then Kids shoes are free and adults are like $5. But we have our own.
On thanksgiving from 4pm-10pm they do $1 per person per game, and $3 shoes.

Growing up, our church would go bowling during the summer every Wednesday night after church. I don't even think I bowled that much, but I had fun. In high school our class would go once or twice a year, but I don't think I have been bowling in a couple of decades.

Oh I see..I probably would go if I was closer to a lane. I know one of the closer lanes has neon pin nights. That would be fun. I would like to try that.

I'm a terrible bowler, so I finally quit. My daughter goes sometimes on special nights, where the prices are much cheaper. So, maybe check to see if they have special price nights at your local bowling alley.

It is something I did back in the day. Used to join tournaments for fun in my previous work. Agree with you that it is much fun!

I've been to a bowling alley but only to watch my siblings play. Not really into bowling.
