What Zaps Productivity At Your Work Place?

Not every minute at work is productive, and we all need to interact with our co-workers in ways that build relationships and trust . But there are things at work that really take away from productivity . The things that come to mind for me are mostly tech related ...like the email is down , or the Wi Fi is down , etc. What really affects productivity at your workplace ?

Yes, I can relate to the technology down time affecting productivity. Almost everything I have to do at work requires computer and/or internet. And when the power is down, it's like, might as well close up the office and go home for the day...
