Today while shopping for my fruits and veggies I spotted fish on sale buy one get one free.
I asked Tony to chose between several types of fish, I would have chosen Flounder, but he chose Swai because neither of us has tried this fish.
I sliced several small potatoes, tossed them in olive oil and baked them covered with spices.
I floured and fried the Swai in olive oil.
I have to say the fish were fabulous, flaky and white meat, with a flavor that resembles a Bass.I am glad I have another meal of Swai left for another day.
So this fish gets a 10 out of 10 from me.
What was on your plate?

@andriaperry Take a pan. Add oil, then onions and garlic. Then broccoli and some other vegetables if you like. Fry it and then have it.

We didn't have a lot of money today, so went in the kitchen and scrounged around for leftovers. I get money tomorrow, so it's cool it's just for one day. Your fish sounds great.

I like Swai. I initially bought it because it was cheaper than tilapia..but I like it more. You can't get it everywhere though.
