Today while shopping for my fruits and veggies I spotted fish on sale buy one get one free. I asked Tony to chose between several types of fish, I would have chosen Flounder, but he chose Swai because neither of us has tried this fish. I sliced several small potatoes, tossed them in olive oil and baked them covered with spices. I floured and fried the Swai in olive oil. I have to say the fish were fabulous, flaky and white meat, with a flavor that resembles a Bass.I am glad I have another meal of Swai left for another day. So this fish gets a 10 out of 10 from me. What was on your plate?

I had fish sticks! It's not as good, but I am satisfied. I love bass, so I bet that kind was certainly tasty.

We don't have fish very often but I do like it - as long as there aren't any bones in it.

@andriaperry Take a pan. Add oil, then onions and garlic. Then broccoli and some other vegetables if you like. Fry it and then have it.

Glad you enjoyed your meal. Both me and my wife got home very late, tried from work. Put the little one to sleep and spent our last calories to make cheese sandwich with salad.

I tried trout for the first time last night. It was really good. We may try Swai sometime. The market we get our fish at has it but we haven't tried it. It sounds good.

We didn't have a lot of money today, so went in the kitchen and scrounged around for leftovers. I get money tomorrow, so it's cool it's just for one day. Your fish sounds great.

I like Swai. I initially bought it because it was cheaper than tilapia..but I like it more. You can't get it everywhere though.

I haven't heard of that fish before, is it bony? One thing I don't like about fish like trout or catfish is the bones in them.
