Today I'm thankful for my memories.
Things change..
People change..
People pass away..
But we (almost) always have our memories.
And although I don't like to dwell too much on the past, it's awesome to be able to look back sometimes.
Like being in the room with one of my ex-bestfriends when they gave birth to their first child, and almost passing out. 
And also staying at the hospital with them the whole two days. And especially having my own daughter. And meeting my fiance.
But I especially love the memories that are with our lost loved ones. Like, my Grandfather giving us a christmas card the beginning of every December with $5-$10, but we have to put them on the tree and keep them there until Christmas morning when he comes by.

Memories of oir loved ones who are no longer with us is what gets our through the difficult times.
