Two big jars of Nutella were in the package. We will wait for our big brother to be here at home so a jar can be opened. We are having a small jar of sandwich spread and a small plastic container of chocolate -flavored Star Margarine. We consume these 2 spread first before opening another spread. Some sandwich spread we use are the cheese pimento, butter - flavored margarine, Dairy Cream butter, or the Cheez Whiz but we buy these in small packs. The Nutella? Later... Do you open and use more than one butter, cheese, or sandwich spread?

Really? So do you eat your piece of bread without a spread?

@infatuatedbby so, do you prepare that kind of sandwich in your house, for breakfast?

Those are so big! The only things we have open at the same time are creamy and chunky peanut and then whatever jelly we have.

The jars are not that big. I think they are medium sized. If we don’t have sandwich spreads, we dip the bread in to the hot coffee and eat it. Or eat the bread solo.

@ridingbet Bigger than any jar I had haha which is none, I have only had nutella twice and neither times were in my home. I normally have sandwiches that have lunch meat and cheese.

My granddaughter and grandson got hocked on Nutella here in Tahiti. When they went home to the US my granddaughter searched all over until she found it there. Made me laugh so hard.

@ridingbet No not at all. Where my granddaughter lives in the US she had a hard time finding it. We have it piled high in all our stores. It is a big thing here in Tahiti and everybody eats it by the tons.

@hereandthere you don't have to melt it. Just mix with the other ingredients or spread it as a sandwich for a layer chocolate cake.

@pgntwo They don't even put the spread in fridge anymore... It gets hardened and they like the spread to be soft and smooth when eating it... So yeah, my cupboard has several open jars of spread...

I do not buy sandwich spreads, I use butter, jam or soft cheese. I do not wait to finish the jam before opening the package of soft cheese, it depends what we are in the mood to eat.

I presume you don't put your butter inside your fridge, am I right? Is it cold out there now? Most of the time, our butter spread is inside the fridge because it melts even if it is cold here.

Yes Ate.. My father loves to eat sandwich in the morning and he has different spreads, cheese and butter that are open inside the fridge. I seldom have sandwich but when I do, I like the chunky peanut butter... I think we only had Nutella once here at home. It's sweet. What my mother used to buy was Crumpy.

Yep we used to since I don't like Nutella but my son does. I used to eat a to of peanut butter and other sandwich spread. But I don't eat peanut butter as I was told that it isn't really healthy at all. Nutella is too sweet for me.

Sometimes when we go to the market we buy some homemade peanut butter and more often than not, it gets consumed within a week. I have to limit my intake of Nutella because of its sweetness.

Even so, it is still costly. A pint - size of peanut butter here costs more than a hundred pesos that is why we buy in small packs only. I like Goya but I will prefer the chocolate -flavored star margarine.
