Am sick of my job

I working all 5 days a week and 9hours a day,i have been very punctual,loyal and honest, but my boss is very rude,he don't appreciate anything,his shouting alone makes me scared of going to work.
The worse part of it is that when it time to pay salaries he don't show up,he don't even bother at all,he is currently owing me 3month salary and i dont know what to do about it.
If i have to quit the job then he wont pay me.am so confused and dont know what to do.

Oh if I were you, I`ll file my resignation and turnover everything properly after search for a much better job! You can still get your last pay after or you can file a complaint if your boss will not give your salary

If I were in your place I would definitely resign my job and look out for another job. I would never work under such a boss. If he does not pay you, you should definitely file a case.After all, it is your hard earned money. You cannot let it go like that.

3 months salary is too much. It sounds like the boss is misusing you, is there any way you can file a complaint? To a workers union maybe?

That's very rude boss, always ask your salary and when you get that, you can resign.
