Oh, no! I had to drink tea.

Are you a tea drinker? I had a stuffy nose and my mother prepared a mint tea with honey and something I do not remember now (but I didn't know the ingredient until that moment). It worked. Tea is not bad, but it's something I really don't like to drink (even under adverse conditions).

@marlina I am tea drinker. For cough you need to boil a piece of ginger, some pepper, some leaves of tulsi (Ocimum Sanctum) in your tea.

Thanks, but I have to be extra careful with the intake of vitamin K, and there is too much in that stuff.

It can be very comforting depending on the situation. I donĀ“t drink the same tea I vary it and I love Mint Tea and its good for a cold also. It does work most times yes indeed.
