Can love make everything better?

I thought that the line "nothing you can say that can't be done", was in the song by the Beatles, All You Need Is Love. However, though, maybe the thought is in the lyrics, but it's not clearly there as I imagined. Here are some of the lines that are actually there "...There's nothing you can do that can't be done, Nothing you can sing that can't be sung, Nothing you can say but you can learn how to play the game There's nothing you can make that can't be made No one you can save that can't be saved Nothing you can do but you can learn how to be you in time..." metrolyrics.com I once had the idea of writing songs in the style of the Beatles and somebody did that and one song was amazing. Today, it being a rainy day, I went out for a short while and came back home early and landed on a YouTube video of Star Trek Continues that I re-watched. Yes, there is a YouTube series that was done out of love and it is as good as the original series and it might be even better. I was struck about the theme in the episode ''Star Trek Continues E08 "Still Treads the Shadow"" of self-sacrificing love and was reminded of the self-sacrificing love of God and his Son. I realized that there is nothing that can be said that can't be done and be done even better. So, if we miss someone that we love, that someone or even a better version of that someone can be returned to us. God, who is love, can do that! What do you think?

Yes, in this world we all go, all our loved ones will go. However we have faith and hope to see them again in a better world!

@just4him Yes! The actor who plays Scotty is actually the son of the original one.

@1hopefulman They did find characters who looked a lot like the originals, so it does look like a lot of fun.

I think so too! J F Kennedy said 'we're going to the moon' and we went even further. God said "Let there be light" and there was and is so much light. I know you are a fan of God. Are you a Beatles or a Star Trek fan?

I think so! I think love is a very strong force that can't exactly be labeled or defined correctly. It has the power to provide a little extra umpth or magical spark that just existing or feeling can't do. I do have to giggle a bit. I love Star Trek and every time I think about it, I think of my mom who got me hooked on watching it. I miss her so much.

Yes, there is something special about love and because God is love then we can be assured that one day everything will be better. I'm glad you have that warm feeling about your mom and Star Trek. Did you know about Star Trek Continues? .

@Daelii Star Trek Continues was a labor of love and is free on YouTube. It continues the adventures of the original series with the same characters, Kirk, Spock, Bones, ect, but played by different actors. Here is the first episode that brings back the character Apollo.
Apollo returns to wreak havoc on Kirk and the Enterprise in the first episode of the new series. Michael Forest -- original series actor who played Apollo --...

It was an interesting science fiction show of the 1960ies. I watched the original series when it came out. Interestingly, there are some biblical allusions in some of the episodes.
This is the epilogue portion from the original Star Trek series aired March 15, 1968 (S02 Ep.25). Can't imagine this kind of message being relayed via ANY sc...

I always liked the original Star Trek series with William Shatner and Leonard Nemoy and DeForest Kelley and James Doohan. Be of good cheer, and enjoy life. God is there for you and me and everyone and we need to BE NOT AFRAID.

You are right, there is no need to be afraid! That is why I liked the fan-made episodes as it continues with the same characters but different actors.

If you are a big Beatles fan like me then you might like this song. The Beatles had a wonderful song "When I'm 64" and this group did a song "Back In 64" which is as good as many Beatles songs.
