When you are living in a progressive place its a new thing you see people in their traditional way of living. So when a farmer went to city hall wearing on his back this grass basket many people took the photo of him. Seems like new when it supposed to be not because people in the rural villages are doing this since time of memorial. Well, when the old came to the world of modern living, its a hit.

which basket is this? is it the one that looks like a backpack? we have one and my parents would put their food and drinks there when they travel to the province.

We call this as kuribot, farmers gather grass in the fields and put it there, then feed to their animals like cows

It is usually for grass to feed the cows or goats. He brought thst thing to carry the corn seeds given free by the government
