Walt Disney Studios has found an actress to play the role of "Mulan" in another live action movie. Liu Yifei who is Chinese will be starring as the Asian heroine who had a movie made by Disney Studios made as a cartoon movie that came out in 1998. Yifei who also goes by the stage name Crystal Liu is very famous in her native China. Since the studios like to market their movies for the Asian market, it was easy to see why Liu Yifei has been cast as Mulan, The studios do not want to hear complaints from the Asian community that they are left out in the cold by casting a Caucasian actress for the role.

And this is a good move by Disney... just imagine the market in China alone.

That is where the studios in Hollywood get most of their money from due to the worldwide market.

I know what you mean. Hollywood studios are feeling the hurt of the movie that Scarlett Johansen starred in about a hero from the anime world was Asian.

You even knew this news earlier than me This movie seems to spend quite a long time finding the right actress for Mulan. I am not very interested in her anyway.
